LOCATION Market Weighton is a small town and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is one of the main market towns in the East Yorkshire Wolds and lies midway between Hull and York, about 20 miles (32 km) from either one.

DIRECTIONS On leaving our Market Weighton office turn right onto the High Street. At the roundabout turn right onto Southgate. Proceed past Tesco's and turn right again onto Cliffe Road. At the right hand bend this becomes Shipman Road. At the first T junction turn right into the continuation of Shipman Road. Proceed to the next T junction and turn left into Potter Close. The property will be found on the right hand side towards the end of the cul de sac.
